Where we come from

TruePointSupport was built by people who spent decades keeping business systems alive. Not in a lab. In the real world, where a frozen machine means a customer waiting, a lost invoice, or a Saturday that turns into a scramble.

We watched a lot of small businesses get treated like an afterthought: long hold times, a different name on every ticket, jargon instead of answers, and a bill that never matched the estimate. We decided to do the opposite.

So there's no call center here. A dedicated expert reviews every request and stays with it until it's done, then writes up what happened in language you can actually read.

Why proactive beats break-fix

Most IT shops wait for the phone to ring. Something breaks, you panic, they charge you, and everyone moves on until it breaks again. That model works fine for them. It's expensive and stressful for you.

We'd rather catch the failing drive before it dies, apply the security patch before it's a headline, and test the backup before you need it. Monitoring runs around the clock, so a lot of problems are handled before you ever notice them.

It's a calmer way to run a business, and over a year it usually costs less than a string of emergencies.

Three things we won't bend on

  • Plain English. No jargon, no talking down to you. Every job ends with a short summary that says what we found, what we did, and what to watch.
  • Prevention. We'd rather stop the fire than bill for putting it out. Monitoring and maintenance come standard on Monthly Care because that's where the real value is.
  • No lock-in. Monthly plans are month to month. If we're not earning our keep, you can leave. That keeps us honest.

We deliberately keep our client roster small. You get a dedicated expert who knows your business, not a ticket number in a queue. Decades of hands-on experience, focused on a handful of clients at a time.

Orlando brings 30 years of hands-on experience across business IT, networking, and systems, plus AI solutions, technology consulting, and vendor relations. That is three decades of getting called when something broke, keeping offices running, and quietly making sure the next problem never happened.

When you hire us, that experience is who reviews your request. There is no queue and no handoff to someone reading from a script. You get a dedicated expert who learns your setup and stays with it, which is exactly why we keep our client roster small.

Service hours

Your machines are monitored around the clock, every day. When a person needs to step in, here's when you can reach a dedicated expert. Outside these hours, urgent items are queued and picked up first thing, and the AI receptionist can still answer calls and take messages.
