What counts as fair use on Monthly Care?
Everyday fixes and questions are included, typically up to 2 hours of hands-on remote help per computer per month, averaged across your fleet. Big projects like network rebuilds or office moves are quoted separately so everyday coverage stays fast for everyone. Monthly Care has a 3-computer minimum.
How does the bundle discount work?
